Stumbled onto this game by chance... Titled Tomoyo Fighter - It's An Exciting Life Perfect Edition, it's actually a 2D side scroller beat them up game... What's so special is that it features characters from various anime like Clannad, Nanoha, Rozen Maiden, Hatsune Miku, etc and even hard gay to fight the bad guys! J's Chimes: School Rumble Sangakki

School Rumble Third Semester will be out sometime on the 27 July 2008 but for some reason or another, only the last 2 episodes will be released as an OVA. Oh man, the long awaited anime has only 2 episodes for this season... In any case, this is definitely a must to watch... catch it soon on Crunchyroll...

J's Chimes: Otomedius

Have you guys ever seen this video gaming machine at the arcades? Looks to be that seldom people actually play this game and they're seriously missing out the good stuff... It seems that Otomedius has caught my attention from the day it launches and am still currently trying to master this game... It's actually a shooting game and features touch screen to so you can choose your weapons and stuff there... Made by Konami, this game may look kinda 'kiddy-grade' but it is a fairly tough game and I heard that you can even use the touchscreen to touch your character's naughty bits to get a 'cute' reaction from them. Guess I'll try that out one day... Heard it's also coming out on the Xbox360 console this September.... Banzai!

J's Chimes: Games Turned Anime

Once again another amazing game turned anime. No, this is not a imitation of Ikkitousen or rather it is made after a popular eroge in the industry titled Koihime Musou produced by the company named BaseSon. You can view the website here for more info on this Tactical SLG kinda game. I too am surprise it came out as an anime and it's definitely in my 'must-watch list' though the story is total different in the anime than the game. You can vist the anime website at http://www.mmv.co.jp/special/koihime/ for more info or simply watch it at www.crunchyroll.com.

J's Chimes: Cosfest 2008

One of the biggest event of the year in Singapore. Cosfest 2008, which showcases people cosplaying their favourite anime characters, etc takes place on the 5 - 6 July 2008. I totally ran out of films and battery after taking photographs of the many cosplayers around. If you somehow missed this event by any chance, you can view my photos here at photobucket.com or simply visit Flickr.com for photographs taken by other people. Happy viewing...!

J's Chimes: Ecchi-ness Is Hot In Demand!

Just completed reading the Sekirei Manga today and then came the Anime which will be aired tomorrow... What a coincidence! Not to mention the anime To-Love Ru too! Anyway, Sekirei is one good manga not to be miss, so does the coming anime! Lots of Ecchi-ness but I still do not know whether it'll be the same as Ikkitousen Great Guardians that exposes a lot or like To-Love Ru where 'Rays of Lights' tends to cover up important parts of the body. Seriously... Japan is getting into Ecchi animes for some reason or another this year... But for us, fan-service are always good...
