These days, mangas have become increasingly bold to attract more people to read them. There have been lots of ecchi scenes or fanservices for readers and such genres from harems to ecchi-ness are some of the most popular not only in Japan, but to other countries as well. Some of the popular ones now would be Kemeko DX, To Love-ru and Kiss x Sis (Now this is really ecchi...). Though it may be perverted, they are interesting and fun to read somehow regardless...
